Managers receive additional training on their particular responsibilities with regards to maintaining a drug-free workplace, including appropriately responding to and handling suspected or known substance abuse issues among their employees. Finally, the course drives home the importance of all employees speaking up if they suspect, know about, or are experiencing substance abuse issues that impact the work environment.
